In the separate forming and cutting molds we have the same criteria as in the simultaneous; the forming station, a part from exceptions, is always built in aluminium with different oxidation treatments but in the cutting station the mold must be very well structured since the PET breaking point is a little higher than PP, a 5-10% more.

Considering we have to cut almost all the initial thickness of the foil the cutting station needs a bigger cutting force.
